We are only as successful as our team. We are proud of our team and all they offer our company and community. We have been though some tough trials this past year and everyone that was on our team when the trials started, stepped up to be and do more. We are beating the roughest odds. We want to thank our current team for all the extra hours and their dedicated work to ensure we are still serving our community to the standards they expect.
Matt

Matt, Pahrump’s Service Technician
Taking A Moment To Be A Great Dad
Our residential pump work in Pahrump and the surrounding areas is covered by Matt. Matt is a husband to Heather and father of two adorable boys, Alex and Olli and they have one on the way. Matt grew up in the water well business, as his dad and uncle were previous owners. Matt also has a background in electrical work. Matt is a dedicated family man that soaks up his love of his family during his non working hours. He is a down to earth friendly guy just looking to make an honest living servicing the town he and his wife grew love and grew up in.
Alberto
Alberto is our all around reliable right hand man. He has been working for us for about 5 years and we think of him as family. He decided to expand his knowledge and learn the well drilling and service trade with us about 2 years ago. He is a quick learner and a very loyal outstanding guy; we are honored to work with him. He isn’t seen much on the residential jobs, not because he isn’t capable but because he is busy working on the big commercial jobs. On Alberto’s off days, he can still be found around the water, just with a fishing pole and sometimes a few fish. He also can be found playing soccer with his brother and volunteering as a coach for a club team or two.

Jose And Alberto Work Great Together and Like To Excell At Everything They Do.
Jose
Jose is one of our newer powerhouses. He is young, smart, and eager to learn. He is the brother to Alberto; so when he came looking for a job we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to give him a try. Even though he has been with us for a short time, he has learned more in that short time than most learn in 5 years. You can find this powerhouse helping to run the rigs on commercial & residential drilling sites, and helping and learning as he goes doing commercial and residential pump and service work. He has the potential to soon be running his own crew, which won’t be long at the rate he is going.

Aaron
Aaron, another friend that is family, growing up with our kids. Aaron has decided he wants to learn the well drilling trade. Tough guys like Aaron are a dying breed. So many guys think they are tough until they work in the well drilling business in the middle of 100+ degree weather. Aaron loves the challenge of it and is quickly becoming a valuable asset to our team. During his off hours he loves dirt biking, tearing mechanical things apart, and seeking a fun filled time.

An Outdoors Man All The Way
Back In The Day When Aaron And Parker Made A Dynamic Duo In High School Football
Parker

Parker, the guy that steps up to bat when needed the most.
All in a dream that was made into a goal, then a reality.
Gunnar & Parker take their roles in this business serious.
Parker is the son of Greg, and Gunnar’s next oldest brother. The past few years he would go out with Greg on job sights and started learning the business. He was off in Illinois playing college baseball and working on a business degree the past two years. When he got injured at the end of the season last year, he slowed down enough to come back home for the summer to heal. He used his college skills to help revamp and update the systems and paperwork in the office. He will be finishing his next few years in Meza University on a baseball scholarship. Yet, he will be helping with the office paperwork remotely along with show his presence when he is home during holidays.
Gunnar

Doing it like a Boss
Parker & Gunnar work hard and play hard
Gunnar has been begging to hang out on the job site with the guys since he could walk.
Gunnar is a 3rd generation well driller in the making. He is the son of Greg, and Laura. He loves to be a part of the team because this team is family. This started as Pappa and Dad having him help fix things at the house to tagging along on residential jobs and has turned into helping to run rigs and work along side the team on jobs big and small.
Bryan

Bryan, is busy recovering and being humble, soon we will pin down a photo and show off our Brute.

Bryan, the odds defier, has been with our team for years. So when he gave us a devastating medical scare the beginning of this year, we were really taken back. The news hit hard and deep. He was told he had just days to live. Besides the hit on our business, the hit on our hearts was the hardest. But Bryan being the stubborn rebellious guy that he is, refused to listen to authority. He went against odds and found healthcare from those that understood he refused to concede to defeat. He takes tough guy to a superhero level. Sometimes it is good to be bad, because after long hard months of battling for his life, he recently was given a clean bill of health.
Bryan is a humble and selfless guy who is still refusing to take credit where credit is due. He works 24/7 so even when he isn’t working, he is working. Soon we will sneak a photo of him. Until then, customers who have met him know him well/ They won’t forget his face, because to Bryan, customers and employees become life time friends.
Greg

Greg grew up around the business and saw what his family did. He was taught well and believed in the ethics and ideas behind what his relatives created. Yet being a stubborn guy and wanting to do and be more, with time and hard work he expanded his knowledge. He changed the dynamics of the company by taking on and doing more than what was expected of him. He also takes on the burden of making sure everyone on our team who is deserving, knows that we will do everything in our power to keep them all working.
Tom

Tom is a founding owner and father to Matt & Greg, and Grandpa to Gunnar and Parker. He left Pahrump a few years back to primarily live and enjoy the slower life in Texas with his wife Sheryl, some goats, chickens, dogs, cats, and many many other critters. This year he has been coming back to Pahrump to help out the family business. He is a long time driller and was a big influence and example of getting his boys into the family trade. Again, a firm believer that the customers needs come first and these ethics and hard work helped build the business and some amazing men.
Steve

Steve is one of the founding owner who keeps claiming he is going to retire. Yet, he just loves hard work and serving his community so he just keeps on going. He had a beautiful wife, 2 daughters, and is now enjoying being a grandpa as well. He is the Uncle to Greg and Matt and brother-in-law to Tom. He loves his community and all the friendships he has made over the years. He has also proudly supported many organizations in the community. He is a good ol’ boy that helped build this business on a hand shake and his word.
